The Amavi Spa is the medical spa inside Amavi Aesthetic Surgery, a women-owned, boutique plastic surgery practice in Greenwood Village, Colorado. We offer non-surgical treatments for the body, face, and skin, including Emsculpt Neo, Morpheus8 Body, injectables, microneedling, and medical facials. Dr. Aline Rau, a board-certified plastic surgeon, performs every treatment, or Amy Circle, our Clinical Specialist, performs it with Dr. Aline Rau on-site.
That last part matters more than it sounds. At most Denver med spas, the supervising physician is a name on the wall. Here, the surgeon who oversees your care performs surgery down the hall, reviews your plan, and tells you when a treatment is worth it and when it is not.

You get an honest answer about surgery: A standalone med spa can only sell you what it has. We offer both. If filler will get you where you want to go, that is what we will recommend. If it will not, we will say so and explain what would, whether that is a lip lift, an eyelid lift, neck liposuction, or a surgical BBL. No upsell in either direction.

What to expect at your first Amavi Spa visit
We start with your goals: Every Amavi Spa treatment begins with a consultation. You tell us what is bothering you and what you have already tried. We review your anatomy and skin, and suggest options that will work for you.
Your treatment plan: You leave with a written plan: which treatment, how many sessions, and what results to expect. If the honest answer involves surgery, or nothing at all, you will hear that too.
Your first treatment: Treatments happen in the same suite where Dr. Aline Rau sees her surgical patients. Amy Circle performs Emsculpt Neo, Morpheus8, and microneedling. Injectables are performed by Dr. Aline Rau.
How to prepare: We will send prep instructions before your appointment. Most treatments need little more than clean skin and a clear afternoon. Injectables and microneedling may ask you to pause blood thinners and alcohol for a few days.
Follow-up: We check in after your treatment and schedule your next session.
